Service Description

At East + West Wellness, we honor that each person is divinely unique. Before your first consultation, you’ll complete a short questionnaire so your practitioner can better understand your needs. During the session, you’ll have the chance to share more about your lifestyle, health concerns, and personal goals. Your counselor will offer self-care suggestions that support your unique constitution and stage of life. This consultation will typically last between 60-75 minutes. Every consultation also includes a complimentary 15-minute follow-up call to check in, answer questions, and offer additional guidance as you begin your wellness journey. *Please note we add a $3 service charge if you pay online. You can always pay $115 in-person with cash or Venmo. **We require a $20 deposit to reserve your consultation appointment. This deposit is fully refundable or can be transferred to a future consultation if you email us by 48 hours in advance.
