Service Description

We’re so happy to introduce a very gentle, beginner-friendly yoga class designed especially for women who are new to yoga—or who are craving a softer, more supportive approach. -When: Second & Fourth Wednesdays of each month 10:00–11:15 AM -Where: Shoals Bodywork -Classes will be lovingly taught by Danielle & Priya, alternating weeks so you’ll get to experience both of our teaching styles. -These classes are donation-based, because we believe yoga should be accessible. -You may contribute in whatever way feels supportive to you: • Cash at class • Through our website • Via Venmo @eastwestwellnessflo -This class is for you if you: • Want to try something new in the new year • Have never practiced yoga before • Feel intimidated by faster-paced classes • Want more support, rest, and gentle movement • Are navigating stress, fatigue, or life transitions • Seeking a deeper connection to your truest self • Just want to move your body with kindness -Expect slow, accessible movements, gentle yoga postures with plenty of options, breathing practices, deep relaxation and a calm, welcoming environment where you don’t need to be flexible, experienced, or “good” at yoga—just willing to begin as you are. -No pressure. No expectations. Just a gentle place to start. -Beginners are not just welcome… this class was created for you. **Please note these are 75 minute classes. If you need to leave before relaxation please let your instructor know at the beginning of class
