Begin your week with intention, presence, and connection. -When: First and Third Mondays of each month 10-10:45 AM -Where: Shoals Bodywork Monday Morning Meditation invites you to pause and reconnect with your inner landscape in a supportive community of women. This gentle 45-minute practice is designed to help you settle the nervous system, quiet the mind, and remember your deeper Self. Each gathering weaves together: -Gentle seated stretches -Yogic breathing practices -Guided stillness and silent meditation This is not about “doing meditation perfectly” - it is about creating space to arrive exactly as you are. This practice is for you if you are: -Curious about meditation or returning after time away -Seeking inspiration for a sustainable daily practice -Feeling scattered, overwhelmed, or stressed -Longing for mental clarity and emotional steadiness -On a path of self-discovery and inner listening -Craving peace, grounding, and connection No prior meditation or yoga experience is required. Come as you are and leave feeling more centered, clear, and at home within yourself.
